Addminssions

Choosing the right school is a big step for
your child —and for your family.
Our admissions process is welcoming,
personal, and supportive.

A warm, personal approach

From the first hello, we see admissions as the start of a relationship. We take time to know your child, listen to your hopes, and show how a Montessori environment nurtures growth, independence, and joy in learning.

Visiting us

We host scheduled tours Monday–Friday, 9:30–11:30 a.m. A personal visit is the best way to feel our community in action.

Application & records

When you submit the student application, there is a $350 non-refundable application fee and your child is placed on our waiting list. If you are transferring from another school, please have transcripts and recommendations ready to upload to our portal —this helps us schedule your child’s first class visit promptly.

Interviews & class visits

Preschool & Junior Kindergarten: Parents and child are invited for an interview; the child visits the classroom. If currently enrolled elsewhere, a transcript and recommendation are required.

Senior Kindergarten–Grade 5: Applicants spend time in class and are assessed for placement. Transcripts and teacher recommendations are required to complete the process.

Acceptance & eligibility

We seek a strong match between family and school values. Pledging parishioners and siblings of current students receive priority. Preschool applicants must be 3 years old by September 1. Our Toddler program welcomes children 18+ months–3 years.

All are welcome

St. Christopher’s Episcopal Montessori School welcomes children of any race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin. Belonging is at the heart of who we are.
